Welcome!

Our group was formed on Febraury 13th, 2000. Our mission is to help everyone to carry out their own inner reformation, using as a guide the doctrine of Jesus through the Spiritist perspective, as codified by Allan Kardec.

Inner reformation also includes one's participation in the improvement of society. As we reform ourselves, we reform society, and through our attitudes and example we influence our incarnate and disincarnate brothers and sisters. Jesus demonstrated this through his own behaviour. His Word raises the awareness of the incarnate and disincarnate and assists them on their path to spiritual evolution.

In June 2004 the Centre became a Registered Charity, conferred by the Charity Commission.

We hold our weekly meetings on Sunday afternoons: at 2:30pm we start with a prayer, then study and/or lecture, followed by healing, announcements, and coffee. Although the meetings are held in Portuguese, English translation is available. Sunday school, for the little ones, is at the same time as the meeting for the adults, and is in English.

Since January 2008 we have rented an office in Oxford House, Bethnal Green - in order to centralize our activities - study, mediumship work, children's evangelization (Sunday School), bookshop, and library. As you can see, dear reader, there is much work to be done and we will appreciate your help! Even if it may be as little as an hour of your time, your contribution is welcome.
